# DD vs Cisco Business Wireless

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cisco Business Wireless at none against DD's 9. Cisco Business Wireless also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). DD's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (327 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DD sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 3 months. Cisco Business Wireless asks for nothing beyond the download.

DD holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DD has 327 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of DD's written reviews are positive against 50% of Cisco Business Wireless's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DD ships an update monthly, Cisco Business Wireless every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
