# Podium Timer Pro vs 2

The clearest difference is price: 2 at Free against Podium Timer Pro's $1.99. 2 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.1). Podium Timer Pro's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 26.2). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

2 is free to download; Podium Timer Pro costs $1.99 up front. Podium Timer Pro sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and 2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

2 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Podium Timer Pro has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
