# OPAS Calendar vs Pharos Print

The clearest difference is rating: OPAS Calendar at 1.7 against Pharos Print's 1.3. OPAS Calendar also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Pharos Print's advantage is ratings volume (240 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OPAS Calendar holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pharos Print has 240 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of OPAS Calendar's written reviews are positive against 8% of Pharos Print's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OPAS Calendar ships an update monthly, Pharos Print every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
