# Vharmonika vs Accordion Chromatic Button

The clearest difference is rating: Accordion Chromatic Button at 4.9 against Vharmonika's 2.6. Accordion Chromatic Button also leads on ratings volume (84 vs 5). Vharmonika's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vharmonika sells 28 one-off in-app purchases and Accordion Chromatic Button sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Accordion Chromatic Button holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Accordion Chromatic Button has 84 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Vharmonika's written reviews are positive against 94% of Accordion Chromatic Button's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vharmonika ships an update monthly, Accordion Chromatic Button every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
