The clearest difference is rating: Saintifi at 5.0 against Pplus's 1.0. Saintifi also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (37 vs 1). Pplus's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
