# BiDot vs Easy Dots

The clearest difference is rating: Easy Dots at 5.0 against BiDot's 4.4. Easy Dots also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 15) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 9 months). BiDot's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BiDot sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.79 per month. Easy Dots asks for nothing beyond the download.

Easy Dots holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BiDot has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
