# MVP vs NeverMissed

The clearest difference is rating: MVP at 5.0 against NeverMissed's 3.9. MVP also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 15.0). NeverMissed's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (177 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MVP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NeverMissed has 177 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MVP ships an update every 8 months, NeverMissed monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
