# Urban Storage vs ShopSimon

The clearest difference is rating: ShopSimon at 4.4 against Urban Storage's 1.0. ShopSimon also leads on ratings volume (414 vs 1). Urban Storage's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 31%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ShopSimon holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShopSimon has 414 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Urban Storage's written reviews are positive against 31% of ShopSimon's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Urban Storage ships an update every 3 weeks, ShopSimon every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
