# Goal Tracker & Daily Planner vs Workbug

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Workbug at none against Goal Tracker & Daily Planner's 19. Workbug also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Goal Tracker & Daily Planner's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 30 months) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Goal Tracker & Daily Planner sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Workbug asks for nothing beyond the download.

Workbug holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goal Tracker & Daily Planner has 3.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Goal Tracker & Daily Planner's written reviews are positive against 67% of Workbug's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goal Tracker & Daily Planner ships an update every 10 days, Workbug every 30 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
