# Flockers vs Slide

The clearest difference is rating: Slide at 5.0 against Flockers's 4.1. Flockers's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (14 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flockers sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Slide sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slide holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flockers has 14 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flockers ships an update every 2 months, Slide every 10 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
