# Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons vs Hourglass

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons at 76% against Hourglass's 30%. Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (796 vs 255). Hourglass's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hourglass sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hourglass holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 796 and 255 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons's written reviews are positive against 30% of Hourglass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Help Me Decide! Pros and Cons ships an update every 3 months, Hourglass weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
