# Go Train Schedule vs Live Traffic

The clearest difference is ads: Live Traffic at none against Go Train Schedule's shown. Live Traffic also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Go Train Schedule sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Live Traffic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Go Train Schedule ships an update every 5 weeks, Live Traffic every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
