# Astro Party vs G

The clearest difference is ads: Astro Party at none against G's shown. Astro Party also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 15) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). G's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 89%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astro Party sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and G sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

G holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astro Party has 15K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 89% of Astro Party's written reviews are positive against 100% of G's.

Astro Party ships an update every 3 months, G every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
