# Launcher with Multiple Widgets vs Desk Clock

The clearest difference is ads: Launcher with Multiple Widgets at none against Desk Clock's shown. Desk Clock's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (22K vs 3.4K). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Launcher with Multiple Widgets sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per year and Desk Clock sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Launcher with Multiple Widgets against 4.6 for Desk Clock. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Desk Clock has 22K ratings behind it against 3.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Launcher with Multiple Widgets's written reviews are positive against 69% of Desk Clock's.

Launcher with Multiple Widgets ships an update every 2 months, Desk Clock every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
