The clearest difference is rating: Launcher with Multiple Widgets at 4.5 against Black Menu for Wikipedia's 3.0. Launcher with Multiple Widgets also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 2). Black Menu for Wikipedia's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 15) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Launcher with Multiple Widgets sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per year. Black Menu for Wikipedia asks for nothing beyond the download.

Launcher with Multiple Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Launcher with Multiple Widgets has 3.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Launcher with Multiple Widgets's written reviews are positive against 100% of Black Menu for Wikipedia's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
