# LiveLib vs Лабиринт.ру

LiveLib and Лабиринт.ру both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 61% of Лабиринт.ру's written reviews are positive against 29% of LiveLib's. LiveLib's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LiveLib holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 444 and 113 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of LiveLib's written reviews are positive against 61% of Лабиринт.ру's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LiveLib ships an update fortnightly, Лабиринт.ру every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
