# 몰테일 vs 베스트펜

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 몰테일 at 82% against 베스트펜's 20%. 몰테일 also leads on ratings volume (82 vs 1). 베스트펜's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

베스트펜 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 몰테일 has 82 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of 몰테일's written reviews are positive against 20% of 베스트펜's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
