# Ergomotion vs FLEX REMOTE

The clearest difference is update cadence: FLEX REMOTE at every 2 weeks against Ergomotion's every 2 months. FLEX REMOTE also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ergomotion ships an update every 2 months, FLEX REMOTE every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
