# 21 Day Fix® Tracker vs Macros Inc

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 21 Day Fix® Tracker at none against Macros Inc's 1. 21 Day Fix® Tracker also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 29). Macros Inc's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Macros Inc sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 21 Day Fix® Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

21 Day Fix® Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 21 Day Fix® Tracker has 2.5K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of 21 Day Fix® Tracker's written reviews are positive against 67% of Macros Inc's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

21 Day Fix® Tracker ships an update every 2 months, Macros Inc every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
