# C vs Smart Projector Control

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Smart Projector Control at 83% against C's 27%. Smart Projector Control also leads on ratings volume (20 vs 2). C's advantage is rating (3.0 vs 2.7) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

C holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart Projector Control has 20 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of C's written reviews are positive against 83% of Smart Projector Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

C ships an update every 8 months, Smart Projector Control every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
