# GoFantastic vs Buzz

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Buzz at 100% against GoFantastic's 32%. Buzz also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). GoFantastic's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.1 vs 3.7). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GoFantastic holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoFantastic has 57 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of GoFantastic's written reviews are positive against 100% of Buzz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GoFantastic ships an update every 6 weeks, Buzz every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
