# 豆瓣 vs 次元岛

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 次元岛 at none against 豆瓣's 12. 次元岛 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.5). 豆瓣's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 1) and review sentiment (22% vs 0%). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 豆瓣 sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. 次元岛 asks for nothing beyond the download.

次元岛 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 豆瓣 has 22K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of 豆瓣's written reviews are positive against 0% of 次元岛's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

豆瓣 ships an update fortnightly, 次元岛 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
