# The Listening Program Mobile vs Mightier

The clearest difference is rating: Mightier at 4.3 against The Listening Program Mobile's 3.2. Mightier also leads on ratings volume (267 vs 22). The Listening Program Mobile's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and review sentiment (69% vs 54%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mightier holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mightier has 267 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of The Listening Program Mobile's written reviews are positive against 54% of Mightier's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

The Listening Program Mobile ships an update every 3 months, Mightier every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
