# Tawk.to vs Subiz

The clearest difference is rating: Subiz at 5.0 against Tawk.to's 3.7. Subiz also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). Tawk.to's advantage is ratings volume (215 vs 3) and review sentiment (58% vs 40%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Subiz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tawk.to has 215 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Tawk.to's written reviews are positive against 40% of Subiz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tawk.to ships an update every 2 weeks, Subiz every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
