# Solitaire℠ vs Solitaire Plus +

The clearest difference is update cadence: Solitaire Plus + at every 5 weeks against Solitaire℠'s every 6 months. Solitaire Plus + also leads on ratings volume (395 vs 102). Solitaire℠'s advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 55%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solitaire℠ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Solitaire Plus + sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Solitaire℠ against 4.5 for Solitaire Plus +. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 102 and 395 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 75% of Solitaire℠'s written reviews are positive against 55% of Solitaire Plus +'s.
