# Truma vs LevelMatePRO

The clearest difference is rating: Truma at 4.0 against LevelMatePRO's 3.0. Truma also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). LevelMatePRO's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (143 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LevelMatePRO sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Truma asks for nothing beyond the download.

Truma holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LevelMatePRO has 143 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Truma's written reviews are positive against 30% of LevelMatePRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Truma ships an update every 4 months, LevelMatePRO every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on August 19, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
