# Lumy vs Pivlite

The clearest difference is rating: Lumy at 4.8 against Pivlite's 3.3. Lumy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 25). Pivlite's advantage is price ($3.99 vs $7.99) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On update cadence, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Lumy costs $7.99 and Pivlite $3.99 up front. Lumy sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Pivlite sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lumy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lumy has 2.4K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 79% of Lumy's written reviews are positive against 68% of Pivlite's.

Lumy ships an update every 3 days, Pivlite weekly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
