# Tracking Time PRO vs TMetric

The clearest difference is rating: TMetric at 3.5 against Tracking Time PRO's 3.0. Tracking Time PRO's advantage is review sentiment (49% vs 33%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs freemium). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TMetric holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Tracking Time PRO's written reviews are positive against 33% of TMetric's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tracking Time PRO ships an update every 3 weeks, TMetric every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
