# Avaz AAC vs Fast AAC

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fast AAC at every 3 days against Avaz AAC's every 4 months. Fast AAC also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (80% vs 60%). Avaz AAC's advantage is ratings volume (316 vs 8) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Avaz AAC sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Fast AAC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fast AAC holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Avaz AAC has 316 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of Avaz AAC's written reviews are positive against 80% of Fast AAC's.

Avaz AAC ships an update every 4 months, Fast AAC every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
