# Favorites Widget Pro vs AirWidgets

The clearest difference is ads: Favorites Widget Pro at none against AirWidgets's shown. Favorites Widget Pro also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 21) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). AirWidgets's advantage is review sentiment (90% vs 73%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Favorites Widget Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AirWidgets sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Favorites Widget Pro against 4.4 for AirWidgets. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Favorites Widget Pro has 3.8K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Favorites Widget Pro's written reviews are positive against 90% of AirWidgets's.

Favorites Widget Pro ships an update every 4 days, AirWidgets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
