# ArkVPN vs VPN Point

The clearest difference is rating: VPN Point at 4.6 against ArkVPN's 3.7. VPN Point also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 195). ArkVPN's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (79% vs 58%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArkVPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and VPN Point sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Point holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Point has 1.5K ratings behind it against 195, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of ArkVPN's written reviews are positive against 58% of VPN Point's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ArkVPN ships an update every 6 weeks, VPN Point every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
