# Hot 100 FM vs Loole

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Hot 100 FM at none against Loole's 11. Loole's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loole sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Hot 100 FM asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Hot 100 FM against 5.0 for Loole. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Loole has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
