# Creatic vs ToonClip

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ToonClip at none against Creatic's 15. ToonClip also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). Creatic's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 6) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Creatic sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. ToonClip asks for nothing beyond the download.

Creatic holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Creatic has 3.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Creatic's written reviews are positive against 60% of ToonClip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Creatic ships an update every 2 weeks, ToonClip every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
