# Creatic vs Spectacle

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Spectacle at none against Creatic's 15. Spectacle also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Creatic's advantage is ratings volume (3.4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Creatic sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Spectacle asks for nothing beyond the download.

Spectacle holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Creatic has 3.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Creatic ships an update every 2 weeks, Spectacle every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
