# Berkeley Mobile vs Tarjimly

The clearest difference is rating: Tarjimly at 4.7 against Berkeley Mobile's 4.2. Tarjimly also leads on ratings volume (271 vs 19) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tarjimly holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tarjimly has 271 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Berkeley Mobile's written reviews are positive against 67% of Tarjimly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Berkeley Mobile ships an update fortnightly, Tarjimly every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
