# Sandboxx vs Cari Crew

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sandboxx at every 10 days against Cari Crew's every 6 months. Sandboxx also leads on ratings volume (180K vs 3) and chart position (#95 vs unranked). Cari Crew's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Sandboxx against 5.0 for Cari Crew. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sandboxx has 180K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Sandboxx's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cari Crew's.

Sandboxx ships an update every 10 days, Cari Crew every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
