# World Clock Time Zone Widget vs Market Clock

The clearest difference is rating: World Clock Time Zone Widget at 4.7 against Market Clock's 3.7. World Clock Time Zone Widget also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (31K vs 7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. World Clock Time Zone Widget sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Market Clock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

World Clock Time Zone Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: World Clock Time Zone Widget has 31K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of World Clock Time Zone Widget's written reviews are positive against 73% of Market Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

World Clock Time Zone Widget ships an update fortnightly, Market Clock every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 9, 2026 respectively.
