# הטכניון vs Tiktek

The clearest difference is rating: Tiktek at 4.7 against הטכניון's 3.0. Tiktek also leads on ratings volume (26 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). הטכניון's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tiktek holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiktek has 26 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

הטכניון ships an update every 4 months, Tiktek every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
