The clearest difference is price: Delicious at Free against Lost Artifacts 1's $10.99. Delicious also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (439 vs 8). Lost Artifacts 1's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and ads (none vs shown). On update cadence and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Delicious holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Delicious's written reviews are positive against 50% of Lost Artifacts 1's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
