# EDUBOOKS vs PLEXUSS

The clearest difference is ads: EDUBOOKS at none against PLEXUSS's shown. EDUBOOKS also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (86% vs 77%). PLEXUSS's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (192 vs 36). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PLEXUSS holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PLEXUSS has 192 ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of EDUBOOKS's written reviews are positive against 77% of PLEXUSS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EDUBOOKS ships an update every 2 months, PLEXUSS every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
