# Airtable vs MITroy

Airtable and MITroy both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MITroy's written reviews are positive against 59% of Airtable's. MITroy also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Airtable's advantage is ratings volume (25K vs 6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Airtable against 4.8 for MITroy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Airtable has 25K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of Airtable's written reviews are positive against 100% of MITroy's.

Airtable ships an update fortnightly, MITroy every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
