# RXCamLinkPro vs Thermal_Connection

The clearest difference is rating: Thermal_Connection at 5.0 against RXCamLinkPro's 1.2. Thermal_Connection also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). RXCamLinkPro's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Thermal_Connection holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RXCamLinkPro has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RXCamLinkPro ships an update every 5 months, Thermal_Connection every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
