# Cheatsheet vs Timely Automation

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cheatsheet at every 2 weeks against Timely Automation's every 2 months. Cheatsheet also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 1). Timely Automation's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cheatsheet sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Timely Automation sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timely Automation holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cheatsheet has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cheatsheet ships an update every 2 weeks, Timely Automation every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
