# Pryvate vs Uup Anonymous

The clearest difference is rating: Pryvate at 4.3 against Uup Anonymous's 3.7. Pryvate also leads on ratings volume (72 vs 3). Uup Anonymous's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and review sentiment (100% vs 70%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pryvate sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. Uup Anonymous asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pryvate holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pryvate has 72 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Pryvate's written reviews are positive against 100% of Uup Anonymous's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
