The clearest difference is rating: Stichara Embroidery at 5.0 against Procreate Pocket's 3.8. Stichara Embroidery also leads on price ($1.99 vs $5.99). Procreate Pocket's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 1) and chart position (#1 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Procreate Pocket costs $5.99 and Stichara Embroidery $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stichara Embroidery holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Procreate Pocket has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
