# Weeklie vs Stepik

The clearest difference is ads: Stepik at none against Weeklie's shown. Stepik also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and ratings volume (908 vs 240). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weeklie sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Stepik sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stepik holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 240 and 908 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Weeklie's written reviews are positive against 69% of Stepik's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Weeklie ships an update every 6 days, Stepik weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
