# DropTicket vs Consortaxi

The clearest difference is update cadence: DropTicket at every 2 months against Consortaxi's every 14 months. Consortaxi's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DropTicket ships an update every 2 months, Consortaxi every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
