# Skillshare vs PeriPage

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PeriPage at none against Skillshare's 11. PeriPage also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Skillshare's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 32%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skillshare sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $18.99 per month. PeriPage asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Skillshare against 4.7 for PeriPage. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skillshare has 25K ratings behind it against 2.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 62% of Skillshare's written reviews are positive against 32% of PeriPage's.

Skillshare ships an update every 10 days, PeriPage monthly. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
