# CRM Analytics vs MyAlcon 360

The clearest difference is ratings volume: CRM Analytics at 1.3K against MyAlcon 360's 3. MyAlcon 360's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyAlcon 360 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CRM Analytics has 1.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CRM Analytics ships an update every 2 months, MyAlcon 360 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
