# FAE Connect vs Tistu

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tistu at 100% against FAE Connect's 38%. Tistu also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 months). FAE Connect's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FAE Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of FAE Connect's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tistu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FAE Connect ships an update every 5 months, Tistu every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
